Ingredients:

2 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:

Mix sausage and cheese together. Mix bisquick and water together to form a soft dough. Mix with sausage mixture. Make bite-size balls with your hands and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. These can be made ahead and reheated.
