Ingredients:

3 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1-1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1-1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 cup bourbon
Granulated sugar

Directions:

Mix together vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, walnuts, corn syrup and bourbon. Let sit 30 minutes in a covered bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Store in air-tight container 3 days.
