Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Put all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix. Pour into paper lined muffin tins (half full). Beat cream cheese mixture ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 tsp cream cheese mixture into center of each cupcake. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
