1-1/2 cups rye bread crumbs
Salt and pepper, as desired
White cheese slices
1 lb. sauerkraut

Directions:

Mix ingredients; pat half into loaf pan. Top with cheese slices and sauerkraut. Add remainder of mixture. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
