1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup packaged bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix together; form into loaf. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes in bread pan.

I must have tried hundreds of meatloaf receipes, and my husband was never happy with any of them until now. I made this recipe last night and waited for his reaction, he said this is the greatest meatloaf he has ever tasted, he even requested sandwicks for work. |

Excellent meatloaf! I used salsa as a topper for the last fifteen minutes in the oven...turned out great. Makes a good quantity - good enough for some delicious meatloaf sandwiches as leftovers. Thanks Foodgeeks...and Jo Anne! Rob |
