Ingredients:

3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
3 oz. milk
1-1/2 oz. chocolate or vanilla syrup
1 bottle (6 oz.) seltzer water or club soda

Directions:

In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy head. Serve immediately.
