User Reviews:

I tried this recipe, but substituted ground turkey for the ground beef. It was delicious! My only suggestion, if you are going to use ground turkey, is to replace the red wine with a white wine.

i MADE THE BEEF STROGANOFF BUT i ADDED AFTER SAUTEEING EVERYTHING 1 1/2 TSP OF TOMATO PASTE IT WAS GREAT IT THICKENED IT AND ALSO ADDED EXTRA FLAVOUR. tHE RECIPE IS EXCELLENT ALREADY A GREAT FIND.
