1 tbsp. instant espresso powder
2 tsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups Irish whiskey
1/2 cup water
1 cup whipping cream
2 cans (14 oz. each) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in blender. Drink!
