Ingredients:

9 oz. dried apricots, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the rest until just moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven. Cool for 10 minutes. and remove from pan.
