2 cups peas, cooked
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and milk, and add to the flour mixture. Gently stir in cooked peas. Drop from spoon into 3/4 inch hot fat. Fry until light brown.
