1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
50 caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions:

Mix together cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread half of mixture in a 13x9-inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350°F. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and nuts on top of the baked mixture. Melt caramels in milk. Drizzle over nuts and chocolate chips. Pat remaining batter on top. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
