I loved this recipe! The second time I made it, I made a few small changes: Since I'm not able to grate cheese myself,I used "Sargento Pepper Jack Blend" pre-shredded cheese, a blend of pepper jack & mild cheddar, and increased the cheese to approx. 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups. I also increased the Bisquick to approx. 3/4 cup. This gives the top crust a bit more body and height.
My hubby is a VERY picky eater and even HE loved it! |
