Ingredients:

3 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 lg. eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
1-1/4 cups chopped pecans
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen sweetened strawberries
Cream cheese, softened

Directions:

Stir dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until it tests done. Let cool several minutes before removing from pan. To serve, slice bread and spread cream cheese between 2 slices.

This bread is delicious. I searched all over the internet trying to find a recipe for Strawberry Bread. I did a Google Search, and this is the NUMBER 1 site that they suggested. I found Strawberry Nut Break, Strawberry Vanilla Break, and this bread, Strawberry Bread. I have to say that my favorite is Strawberry Nut Bread, but this is a very cose second!
