1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. marjoram
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. crackers or chips

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, mash avocado. Add onion, mayonnaise, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage, marjoram, and sour cream. Mix well. serve with crackers or chips.

I thought this recipe was really runny, and it tasted like thyme and not much else. OK if you like thyme I guess. |
