Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (15-1/2 oz.) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups Bisquick
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:

Cook beef until browned. Drain and stir in sloppy joe sauce. Transfer to a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the cheese. In a bowl combine the Bisquick, eggs and milk. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
