2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped
1 head broccoli, chopped
4 potatoes, washed and chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. Lowry's Seasoned Salt
Olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Put olive oil in covered skillet; heat for 4-5 minutes. Cook potatoes and onions in skillet. Stir occasionally. In separate covered skillet, brown beef. Drain. Mix beef in with potatoes and onions. Insert broccoli. Mix well. Put butter in with mixture; mix. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring every minute. Top with a handful of cheese; cook until melted. Serve.

the first time I used 1.5 lbs of beef stew meat chunks. the second time I used a nice thick steak cut into cubes. It was wonderful. The third time I used cubes of pork. |
