Ingredients:

3 tea bags (not flavored)
1 stick cinnamon, broken into several. pieces
1/2 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
6 whole cloves
4 boiling water
3/4 cup frozen tangerine juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup water
sugar

Garnish:
Ice cubes, orange slices, fresh mint sprigs

Directions:

Place first 4 ingredients in med. bowl. Pour boiling water over. Let steep till completely cool, about 1 hr. Strain steeped tea into serving pitcher. Mix tangerine (or orange juice) concentrate and 1/4 cup water. Add sugar to taste. Refrigerate till thoroughly chilled. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour tea over. Garnish each with orange slice and mint sprig.
