1/2 cup warm water
1 cup sourdough starter
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. yeast

Directions:

Place ingredients in order in bread machine. Makes large loaf in Hitachi. Use quick setting, if it rises too long, it gets flat.
