1 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs (1 at a time). Add the dry ingredients. Then add the jam, sour cream and pecans. Bake in 2 loaf pans for about 50-55 minutes at 350°F.
