4 boneless and skinned chicken breast halves
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup thawed, frozen limeade concentrate
2 tbsp. Triple Sec
1-1/2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 lime, juice of

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Grill.

Very easy to make and flavorful. Add a 1/4 cup of oil to keep the skinless meat moist and juicy. Great with Boracho Beans! |

Very good! We had this for our Cinco de Mayo - leftovers made fabulous fajitas and salad - and it got rave reviews. I think I will add a little salt next time. |
