2 cups fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
|
Combine basil, garlic and pine nuts in blender or food processor and puree. The Parmesan cheese can be added at this time as well, or can be saved and tossed in with pasta separately. While machine is running, add oil 1 tablespoon at a time. Blend until smooth.
