Ingredients:

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. salt pork
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thorougly. If salt pork is used, cut it in small pieces and fry until lightly browned before adding to the other ingredients. Pack mixture into a loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Serve hot or cold.
