Ingredients:

3/4 cup warm water
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1-1/8 tsp. yeast
2-1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine water and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle yeast into bowl; mix and let stand 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in yeast mixture and mix until soft dough forms. Place dough onto lightly-floured surface and knead until dough is smooth. Lightly spray large bowl with nonfat cooking spray; place dough into bowl; cover with towel or plastic wrap and let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Place dough on lightly floured surface and knead 2 minutes until smooth. Pat and stretch dough into 12 to 14" round. Lightly spray pizza pan or baking sheet with nonfat cooking spray. Place pizza dough on prepared pan, cover and let rise in warm place for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 500°F. Lightly prick dough several times with fork and bake for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove crust from oven and follow favorite pizza recipe for toppings and baking instructions.
