Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups ham, cooked and diced
1-1/2 cups frozen or canned mixed vegetables
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Mix ham, vegetables and Parmesan cheese. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Could the instructions be made a little clearer? Is bisquick etc. mixed with the vegetables or put on top to bake as a crust?
