Ingredients:

2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
1-1/4 cups white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Arrange rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, cream, eggs and water. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake another 35-40 minutes or until set.
