About Me:
I work at a small diner in a small town up here in up state New York. The kind of place that you know every body by name. I work the night shift from 10-6. So my boss lets me make what ever I want for specials with in reason. I give names to the food from the person who helps me come up with it or because that's what they ask for most of the time.
At home I like to cook out on the grill even in the dead of winter up here. I like to make things that look hard to make or take a lot of time to do. I hunt and fish and try to come up with recipes for the stuff I shoot or catch. TO me cooking is just FUN and that the way it should be.
