About Me:
i am 31 years old and have been cooking at the highest level in London since i was 15, working for: Antony Tobin (Simply Nico's)Marco Pierre White (Harveys)Ramond Blanc (Le Manoir) the Roux Brothers (Le Gavroche).
i have also run my own small bistro in West Sussex. I have now moved onto work for a major food manufacturer in the uk in their reserch and development department creating new recipes for Pasta,Soups,Sauces and stocks that are sold in all the major supermarkets here in the uk.
