Cilantro is sometimes referred to as Chinese Parsley or Coriander. But, it is actually the green parts of the Coriander plant. Coriander is the seed and Cilantro the leaves and stem. Cilantro is a bright, pungent leafy herb used in Asian, Mexican and Indian cooking. The Cilantro leaves look a bit like flat Italian parsley
