Point Reyes Definition # 402
This creamy blue comes from the Point Reyes Farmstead in California, where the company has been producing it's cheese since 2000, but has been raising cattle since the 50s. A lovely cheese that's neither crumbly nor soft, this blue has a great sea salt flavor and a slight tang, without being overtly assertive.
